Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

USA: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Most U.S. orders should arrive within 2-5 business days after leaving our facility.

International: We ship worldwide, typically using DHL for the fastest and most reliable service. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. International customers: please note that shipping costs do not include any customs duties or taxes your country may charge.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
After your package leaves our hands, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. If your order is delayed or goes missing, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) directly for assistance.

Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend your order.
